Verse of the moment
And anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whosoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

For through me your days will be many, and years will be added to your life. If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer."

I was born in January of 1975 in the small, south-central Wisconsin, town of Pardeeville. Early on, I began taking violin/fiddle lessons at the age of 3 1/2. As I grew to understand music better, I also learned piano, clarinet, mandolin, and a variety of other musical instruments. Beginning violin at such a young age only fueled my love for music.

In High School, I performed with the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestras and toured twice during my four years in WYSO- to Japan and Taiwan in 1992, and to Washington D.C. in 1993 to play at the Kennedy Center for President Clinton's inauguration that year.

I attended Viterbo University, in LaCrosse, WI, and graduated with a Bachelor's of Music Education in 1997. During my time at Viterbo, I had the privilege of studying chamber music under the tutelage of the Artaria String Quartet and later formed a flute, violin, and cello trio called the RPM Chamber Ensemble.

Following college, I tried my hand at substitute music teaching but quickly burned out. I shifted my focus to teaching private piano and violin lessons in the LaCrescent, MN area and enjoyed it immensely.

In January, 2000, I began playing fiddle in the Coulee Celtic Band. In March, 2001, we released a CD titled: Coulee Celtic Band: Traditional and Original Irish Tunes. This CD contained some of our favorite Celtic tunes including two original waltzes I composed in 2000.

On September 14, 2000, I committed my life to Jesus Christ at a Campus Crusade for Christ meeting on the University of Wisconisn- LaCrosse campus.

In May, 2001, I participated in my first Summer Project with Keynote- the Music Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Later that fall, I relocated to Carmel, IN, to do an internship with Keynote- playing fiddle and mandolin in their country/rock band, Laredo. Following the internship, I continued to feel God calling me to minister through Keynote. I joined the Staff of Keynote and Campus Crusade for Christ in January, 2003.

I currently work in Keynote’s Operations Department and oversee our ministry’s vehicles, facilities, equipment, and other operational items.
